I am a student in Jennifer Powers’ lab at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. I visited Tasmania in 2017 to work in Tim Brodribb’s for nine months. I am broadly interested in ecosystem ecology, community ecology, and mainly plant ecophysiology. My research focuses on how plants respond to environmental conditions and resource availability. In particular, I am interested in plant hydraulic strategies and how this influences the response to water availability and drought of plant communities across forest types.
